Visitor Agreement

Welcome to the AutoNV website (AutoNV.com), a service of The CJNV Group, LLC (“CJNV”). By using this website, you accept the terms of this Visitor Agreement. This is a legally binding agreement between you and CJNV that governs your use of the AutoNV website.

General Provisions

The Internet is an ever-evolving medium, and CJNV may change the terms of this Vistor Agreement from time to time. By continuing to use the AutoNV website following the posting of such changes, you agree to be bound by this Visitor Agreement, as modified. CJNV may change, restrict access to, suspend or discontinue the AutoNV website, or any portion of the AutoNV website, at any time.

Before purchasing a vehicle or other goods or services you've read about on the AutoNV website, you should confirm with the vendor all information about the vehicle, including the price, that is important to you. CJNV is not responsible for, and does not guarantee the performance of, any such vehicles, goods or services.

Buying and Selling Vehicles

The AutoNV website is a service that connects buyers and sellers of vehicles. Information about a particular vehicle is supplied by the seller, not by CJNV. Therefor, CJNV cannot verify any information supplied by a seller or guarantee any vehicle offered on the AutoNV website. The terms of any vehicle sale are subject to the direct negotiations between a buyer and a seller, and the prices listed on the AutoNV website may not include certain taxes and fees, any or all of which may be added to the advertised price to arrive at the final price of a vehicle. Through the use of the AutoNV website, you release CJNV, AutoNV.com and its affiliates from any damages that you may incur, and agree not to assert any claims against them, arising from your purchase of any vehicle located through, or advertised on, the AutoNV website.

For your convenience, the AutoNV website may contain links to third-party websites that CJNV does not own or operate. Although it may be beneficial for you to consult such third-party websites, CJNV cannot guarantee the prices, information, terms, quality, reliability or performance of the products or services provided through such third-party websites, and CJNV is not responsible for the products or services provided through such third-party websites. Through the use of the AutoNV website, you release CJNV, AutoNV.com and its affiliates from any damages that you may incur, and agree not to assert any claims against them, arising from your purchase or use of third-party supplied products and services.

Ownership and Permissions

The AutoNV website is made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. The materials on the AutoNV website are the property of CJNV or its licensors, and are protected by U.S. copyright laws, other copyright laws, and international conventions. Except as explicitly provided in this Visitor Agreement, you may not distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any of the materials on the AutoNV website. You may display and print a single copy of any page on the site for your personal, non-commercial use, but you may not otherwise reproduce any material appearing on the AutoNV website without the prior written consent of CJNV. You may establish a hypertext link to the AutoNV website so long as the link does not state or imply any endorsement or sponsorship of you, your company, or your site by CJNV or any of its affiliates. Although CJNV cannot monitor all the listings and content posted to the AutoNV website, CJNV reserves the right, but assumes no obligation, to delete, or edit any listings or content that it considers unacceptable or inappropriate, for any reason. CJNV may deny access to anyone it believes has violated any term of this Visitor Agreement. CJNV may release information concerning any communication through the AutoNV website when such release is necessary to comply with law, to enforce this Visitor Agreement, or as otherwise deemed necessary in CJNV’s sole discretion. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CJNV takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted to the AutoNV website by you or other third parties.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

By accessing the AutoNV website, you agree that you not will not use any automated mechanism (such web robots, crawlers, or spiders) to access, query or otherwise collect information or scrape data from the AutoNV website or any other service or website owned or operated by CJNV. You agree not to access or attempt to access any service or website owned or operated by CJNV under the name of, or using the password of, any other person or entity.

This Visitor Agreement has been made in, and will be construed in accordance with the laws of, the State of Oklahoma. By using this website, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma in all disputes arising out of or relating to this Visitor Agreement or use of the AutoNV website.
